Mr. Burgos has over 30 years of property management experience. He has managed many developments with blended financing such as Section 42, Public Housing, Section 811 and Section 202 programs and has years of experience with National Housing Compliance and HUD contracts, MORs, working with state agencies.
Mr. Burgos has been successful in reporting to owners and lenders on financial statements and variance reports, as well as not for profits, experience with managing over 11 staff members, responsible for training the team as well as completing performance reviews annually. Mr. Burgos has years of experience with leading the maintenance team training on inspections, anticipating capital needs and improvements annually, and works to continue implementation of preventative, routine and emergency maintenance protocol for the developments.
