Ms. Jessica Tritthardt brings over six years of extensive experience in Human Resources directing and managing to her role as our Human Resource Manager. Her expertise in Human Resources is complemented by her background in education, where she served as a high school and middle school social studies teacher for several years.

During her career in Human Resources, Ms. Tritthardt has managed the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations, developed training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

She is responsible for investigating employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution, responsible for ensuring all company HR policies are applied consistently, participates in performance reviews and feedback to employes. Jessica is passionate about fostering strong employee relations. Ms. Tritthardt has Bachelors of Science degree from Illinois State University
