Ms. Voss is the compliance analyst for Forsite Management Group. She has worked in property management for 6 years in both LIHTC and market rate properties. She worked for a private company managing up to 200+ units for several different owners for 2 years when she switched to managing for Velair at a 48-unit Tax Credit building where she quickly moved up to Senior Property Manager. In addition to managing her own building and keeping it 100 % occupied for 2 years with all HUD requirements up to date and in  compliance, she assisted with training site staff at other properties within the portfolio, was a mentor to new property managers, assisted with initial lease ups of new properties in multiple state’s for new builds & traveled for the company to fill in where needed. She oversaw all aspects of the building and helped with many capital improvements. 

She was manager of the year in 2020 and won several Spotlight awards for continued contributions to Velair.
